I used to, never feeling like anyone wanted me around, never having the same interests, just feeling alone. I still feel like that a bit, but at least now i have a friend with me.

I know in teeange world not fitting in is translated into the worst thing that can happen to you, especially in high school but honestly I think it's a good thing sometimes. It means you're unique and you're your own person. And I find originality and that true sense of authenticity (if that's a word) these days is so often out the window and everyone just loves to fit in the crowd and copy each other.

With that said, I still think you should 'fit in' and be able to work well with people around you..but you don't necessarily have to be like them to do that. The excitement in life comes from diversity.

Everyone feels like that at some point. i mean i am a bisexual wiccan in a christian community plus i am engaged and living with him. im pretty much shunned. but you know what, im still happy cuz i have my group of close friends and i know what im all about. thats all youve got to remember, what matters is that you have a good quality of people around you, quantity isnt so important. not to me atleast. but as all else, this will pass

U should not travel through life hoping to fit in. being you is the most beautiful thing in the world. people who turn you away, people who do not accept you are only bringing you down. Follow your heart and free your mind from the weight of "being normal"

I'm sure everyone has, is, or will be feeling like that at some point in our lives... I was there once... I still don't think I really "fit in," but I guess you could say that I am much more exceptent of myself. It has come to the point where I've realized that everybody is so different from each other, that it shouldn't matter if I am weird or don't act like other people... they can judge me if they want, I don't care! Always be yourself, things will be better in time, whether it appears that way right now or not :P

I often feel like that and as if no one understands me but i have come 2 terms with it and if people don't accept me for who i am then its their problem, it really hurts a lot sometimes but i guess the people who accept you for who you are are the people who are your true friends.
