A sinners prayer please :D

Actually uhmm... I wrote a poem but it turned out.. WAY against religion. So... not sure if I should post it. I dont want people to get offended by it. I'm sorry I'm not religious to any extent so it came out wrong.

I say it makes no difference, if people don't like it, they don't have to read it, it's my contest not theirs lol Have confidence in your work, you were given a title and it took you where it took you.

May I reserve `A Poet's Prayer` please? (:

A poet uncensored is soulife untamed,
Breath unleashed on scrolls hand written.
Life's ink-bled hands paint courage --
Designing linear thoughts
On a map of convicted and flexible limbs.

Strong Similes outline smiles,
While Assonance accounts for character.
Cadence carries action slightly above
The silver lining of Symbolism's body.

Living language: love in action,
Palpable and unconditional.
Letter's vision enhancing expression,
To render words acquainted
With one accord to all alive.

It is a poet's prayer to perform the marriage
Between Reality and its professed Dreams.

While I gaze into your eyes,
I can see the forming tears
Of an inexplicable joy mounting up,
The longer I stare...

Your tiny eyelashes,
Replicate the whole lot about you
A destined beloved half,
Joyous the heavens, now that we reunite.

Innocent lips perfectly sculptured,
To such beatific face,
Longing for the affection it deserve,
God permit, I must grant!

In the night upon a day's fight
Thoughts of you,
Brought warm feelings... Across the freezing nights
-Leaving images of love in its path.

Caged for life I am,
By your fascinating charm.,,And sensuous love,
Each day - a treasured memory

I apparently am unable to write a poem from a title. Oh well, lol.

Unborn

I paint this sorrow to match your eyes
filled with emerald dew of the words unspoken-
unborn promises die on salty lips,
left to burn within single crystal tear.

I'm probably mistaken, so fragile,
succumbing to the fantasies of broken glass-
unborn ambiguity shatters frail heart,
a crate filled with rubies of your sentences.

Teary words moisten bruised skin,
holding frantic mind beneath the ardent skies-
unborn poetry cling to open wounds,
planting seeds of vacancy within every sigh.

I would like, I once loved you.

Swinging from forgotten promise
Outside a broken home
Tender hearts of innocence
So lonely as they roam

Children of the dying world
Left to grow alone
Parents drown inside their realm
Of blood and broken bone

Who will teach, who will learn
When all is said and done
Growing minds soaking in
Mistakes that we begun

Young ones see, old ones know
Destruction in between
Children absorb everything
We thought we left unseen
