i really hate it when

i really hate it when people make posts saying hey cheak out my poems i mean why the hell would you are you that up yourself that you hae to show everyone your poems... its pretty wierd i mean sure its really good to get comments and votes its just so annoying i mean one girl megan 13 has basicly put it in every tpopic even the sadness and depression topic!!! isn't that taking it way to far?

Was that whole thing in two breaths? Just wondering...

People do that to, um... become popular? I don't know.

LOL. What's really cheap is when you go to a thread where people are helping someone out who was talking about someone who just died or they're best friends pregnant or something and then you see someone's posted something like:

"Aww, that's so sad. Feel better. You should check out my poems, I have heaps of sad ones."

LOL. OMG.

oh my gosh jackie! You are so right! I got a comment on one of my poems about my sister dying saying "Gee thats a good poem. Its sad. It would mean a lot to me if you'd read and coment on my poems." Silly people

This is a poetry forum and people are free to advertise their work. If you don't like it, find another forum that ISN'T mostly dedicated to poetry.

And to add, you should feel flattered when someone asks you to comment on their work. Perhaps they think you're better than they are, and you could really help them out.

i wont coment on that last answer beecause i have nothing to say to it but to the other ones... people go hey cheack out mine to return the favour like they will only look atyou poems if you look at theirs i meani always cheak out people who coment on mine just because its nice to but they shouldn't ask its kinda rude...

ok well i dont think ppl should put it in every little place they go.. and in the sad ones too..butother than that why shouldnt they do it! they wanna get rated and commented on to see how ppl think and what they could do better!! honestly i really dont care if ppl ask me to do that..just dont like it when its in every post, or in all the sad sections or something like that!! but w/e!
