I feel so depressed!!!!!! please respond

I feel so depressed and want to cut myself alot, even though my guy has made me so happy but lately i want to cut, I havent done it in a while because of my friend julie but she moved and now im afraid that im gonna just slip and do it because i cant call her, and now i have a depressed friend who i feel so much alike and when she wants to cut i want to cut for no reason at all please help me

cutting isnt ever goin to solve the problems, ull just be scaring urself
maybe talk to someone who isnt depressed or just someone u know u can talk to comfortably with, who can rise ur spirits or solve ur problems
happy people always bring me up
