Pay it forward!

In school I was given an assignment to pay it forward, so I have to do something nice for someone but I cant seem to think of anything nice to do. So I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what I could do to pay it forward?

Do something for someone homeless, visit with someone elderly, take either one a meal, donate your time. There are a million nice things you could do for someone out there. Take a look at your community and see where you could be useful.

There are nursing homes everywhere...there is something called an "adopt a grandparent " program, or if not you could always start one. Look under volunteer in google!

    ^Word!

Give someone you don't know THAT well a hug.
Smile at someone in the hallway or say hello
Talk to people you wouldn't normally
Do free hugs? (I've done it twice and it's the greatest feeling).

    The list is endless.

    Really?
It's sad that you cant think of a single thing on your own to do for someone that is nice.
That's this generation coming back again to remind us of what we have to look forward to in our future.

I agree that there is a lot that you can do. go find a charity organization of your choice be it the SPCA or what ever you want and help out there, help elderly people out, donate toys to a children's home the amount of things that you can do are endless

Example: I work a crappy fast food job until school starts again, the last couple of weeks we have had a homeless guy coming around at the end of the night to look through the garbage, so I have been making him food.

I think thats a really good idea actually. just do something really meaningful to someone howver small it is. there is a lady who works in Argos here and she is always very very cheerful and helpful and just makes such a duifference when you go in and she always smiles and welcomes you. so i made her a card once saying you are appreciated. she said it was one of the most thoughtful things she had been given.
