Copy / Pasting issues

Ok, I am SURE that someone has asked before; but I could not find the post.

Does anyone know why the site jumbles up the special characters when you copy and paste? Examples:

didnâ??t
Thatâ??s
donâ??t
Itâ??s
weâ??re

Is it a coding issue, or a intreputer issue, or maybe something else? If this was discussed somewhere else, please feel free to lock this post (or even remove it) and point me in the right direction. Thanks.

When that happens, just go to edit and write it again. Just earse the �¢?? and put in '

Most likely a problem with code, it can be fixed in the long run, but I don't know how big of a task it may be to fix, I'd have to look to see how it was coded.

It may be simple but it's still annoying as heck. I'd rather it be fixed.
