Down to the Ground.

My most secret star gives glare from the corner of my eye.
A sign that I am wrecked, diseased; that I am about to die.
The star looks around, sees no joy nor pantomime,
And decides to move away, put an end to my time.

The star elopes the eye, leaving moisture in my sight.
My cheeks become its playground where it rests to catch the light.
The star shines so bright now, a raindrop in a ray of sun,
Shouting out that I am broken, how could I ever be the one?

The star falls beneath, twinkles to lifelessness on the ground
And I crash down right next to it, but it never makes a sound.

You remind me of a story I once heard
of a love so strong a pure.

I turned around and there you were
ours eyes connected as our hearts fumbled.

We never told each other
of our love for one another.

Then you moved away to another place
shattering my aching heart.

You remind me of a fair tell
that once belonged to me.

But it was ended all too soon
and there is no magic left in me.

The Power of Words

When you say "I love you"
my heart begins to melt
for you all over again,
just like when we first meet.

You whisper sweet things
and my heart begins to race
because I know what it is you seek.
Love and attention is what you need.

When you say "I need you"
I know that it is the truth.
These words make me smile
because I know we'll never part.

Your words have a power
that I can't resist for the life of me.
I'm never able to stay angry at you
because your words always cool me down.

Your words are like magic.
I need that magic baby
just like I will always need you.
The words you speak mean the world to me.

Total Eclipse

A total eclipse...Absence of light...
The sun is fading into the dark
Between the shadows, a lonely lark
Tries to escape this endless night

My whole life begins to rewind...
My unconscious body falls to the ground
Lying in numbness, not hearing a sound
A total eclipse in my confused mind...

I am no longer held by gravity
My soul lost in a twisted dream
It feels so right...What can it mean?
A total eclipse...Away from reality

It Was You

It was you... In that cold, gloomy night...
In a dark alley, I walked, alone
Lost between shadows and starlight
Heard, far away, the wind's moan...

Careful footsteps walking behind me
My whole body shaking with fear
Darkness all around me... I can't see...
My most frightening nightmare is so near...

Someone pushes me with violence
The picture before my eyes is so unclear
My soul is being drawn into silence
My mind disconnected... No longer here...

Feeling dizzy, I slowly open my eyes
A drop of blood was staining my face
His body on the ground... He dies...
My life is held by your embrace...

"Everything's okay... You are safe now"
My mind begins to focus... Suddenly I knew
That my love would always save me, somehow...
My guardian angel... It was you...

These walls don't have eyes, they grow only eyebrows,
to testify; smudge those wars across the table, again,
when the rain sings choruses of soporific monologues.

To say you're sorry,
you deliver withered bouquets of sentiments.

Your heart got caught in a spider web I weaved,
and all you were looking for was metaphorical canyon,
a crate, where the words hit my sanguinary being.

To say you love me,
you ring my bells and run away.

All the planets align tonight, above the sapphire pillows,
claustrophobic we are, so that's the way we communicate,
simultaneously, falling, into the total eclipse of minds.

FOREVER YOU I HOLD

You remind me of a flower
So wonderful at bloom
You make me think of times we had
As more i hope come soon

You remind me of a dream
I never imagined you and i
Would be together you see
And how i hate to say goodbye

You remind me
To always be happy
To never feel alone

Losing Self Control

Each I gaze into those eyes overcome with emotion
Feeling myself fall deeper with every passing day
Tried so hard to resist, denying all of those feelings
Now being honest with everything I've got to say

Thought it was only fun, never saw it coming
Kept denying it all, always living in pretense
But now I'm feeling strong enough to admit
That every day feelings grow more intense

Scared me at first, now more comfortable
It was just that I never expected to fall
Admitting how I feel never been a strong point
That's why I'm letting these words say it all

Sometimes panic, sometimes intimacy scares me
Especially when feeling this in mind body and soul
But now that I'm starting to deal with all of this
In the sweetest way you got me losing all control
