Riddles

Anyone have any riddles? I have a few, but here's one. Post yours as well. I like riddles - and the harder and more interesting, the better. This one's rather easy and I've found it in several riddle sites.

The man who made it, doesn't need it
The man who bought it, doesn't want it

you throw away the outside, eat the inside... then you throw away the inside and eat the outside!! what am i?

whats starts at the begining of everything and at the end of time?

the letter "E" starts at the beginning of everything and is at the end of time.....

as for the inside/outside thing.... I've heard it like this: Throw away the outside...cook the inside....eat the outside, throw away the inside... that is corn....
