What Kind of Dreamer Are You ?

And I mean literally. As is, when you go to sleep at night, what kind of dreams do you tend to have?
I dream a lot, I've noticed, and usually not important things, but almost always things that I desire quite strongly in some way, or else things that I feel hopeless about and that bother me a lot.

I dreamed for about the third time in the row that I was kissing someone, and what it felt like to kiss on the mouth.
I've never kissed someone on the mouth, so I guess it's just my mind musing about what it must feel like. Strange :S

So what do you dream about? Or are your nights dedicated solely to sleeping?

My mind kind of forms stories, but I think I create them by my thoughts just prior to falling asleep. Sometimes they are romantic or they can be just uneventful scenes.
I almost always dream something though!

Usually, I don't dream at all, or if I do, I don't remember them in the morning. However, the last dream I had (or remember lol) I found a baby in the forest and I took it to my house and we were sitting in my bedroom and I could see this guy I like lying on a bed in another room. So, for some reason I take the baby and lay it down beside the boy and he just falls in love with that baby! lol Strange, huh? I wish I knew someone (or a webbie) who could interpret dreams.

Well i don't remember most of my dreams ... but they are usually adventurous kind of dreams... hiking, escaping from someone, fighting terror... somewhat like that :)

I guess I'm the kind of dreamer who dreams weird things... mostly predictions (they don't always come true, but some of them do) and the ideal world I have put in my head.

I probablly have the weirdest dreams out of anyone i know. Like one minute i'll be talking to someone and they'll turn into someone completely different or I'll be driving a car and it'll turn into a bulldozer where i have these weird missions..i have noticed though that in my dreams i'm always trying to do something specific...
    very strange

The kind that walks in hidden realms both dark and light. Dreams of adventure, love, courage and hope. Too few and far between.....Nightmares holding madness, fear, tears and pain. All too often do I awake with cold sweat, screaming with soaked eyes......

I dream quite often, actually. And, Usually my dreams consist of love. Or random things... not quite like remembering but with people I've met/known in my lifetime. Theyre somehow in my dream, and my dream is random. Like riding a churchbus or at school in the locker rooms. My dreams of love... Honestly, have consisted of Will Smith quite often, haha. But, other than him they're usually of guys I find attractive.

Either way they dreams come out as stories. Like a few have posted beforehand. When I wake up it's like I've lived a day in my dream, they're quite realistic (minus Will Smith of course).

And my random dreams actually change though. Not really the idea of them but the setting or the people change, all of the sudden. Not like right before my eyes but like I'll turn a head and turn back and they'll (or it'll) be different. Then when I wake up I'm like " wait a minute, wasn't this that or that this."

    Lol.. I know it's odd.

I wish I knew someone (or a webbie) who could interpret dreams.

When you study Psychology you learn that dreams are a reflection of something going on in your subconcious mind....your fears, your doubts or many people live out in their dreams what they would not (for whatever reason)do in real life.
Ask yourself.....Do you want a baby? Do you want him to be accepting of that idea? Or does the baby represent a long term relationship that you want him to "love" the idea of. Think! you can interpret them yourself.

I always dream about heavens and paradise because they are the places that I tend to go to...I also dream about love and about true friends and people who really care about my feelings...It's just another calm world away from problems and troubles...

The dreams that I remember and have are ones of stories....Like I would have this dream about this adventure my brother and I would go on, where we were being attacked by zombies at night, and have to flee from place to place to be safe...Kind of like Will Smith's "I am ledgend"...I dream sometimes about random things put together from what I had been thinking about earlier...

    I dream stories too ...
and I love to write, so sometimes I use them for inspiration.
It's a real bummer when someone wakes me up mid-dream because I'm like "you ruined my story! I don't get to find out the ending!"
So then I have to try to fall back asleep or doze off and end up inventing the ending myself. It's like I'm dreaming but I'm controlling the dream.
    It's fun.
I over-sleep a lot because of it. But I think it's bad, I mean, I can sleep twelve hours a day just so that my dreams keep on going, as though I were allergic to reality. I'm living in a dream world, literally :S

When I do actually dream, they are completely weird. Once I was in a car parking lot and they had an inground pool, but the pool had the ocean in it, I don't know how or why or what made my mind know this, but it was the ocean then I threw my sprite bottle into the 'ocean,' in the car parking lot. Strange right, the boy I liked at that moment was the one who threw it into the ocean too, haha!

A lot of the time I dream that I'm in situations that I want to be in.
I remember a few years ago I dreamt that I was really flexible. I could do the splits and all sorts of stretching exercises that ballerinas can do...
hmm and then I woke up.
The good thing is that my flexibility has improved a little from what it used to be. I can now reach past my toes to put my palms flat on the ground and I can do a sort of sissy version of the splits. Heheh... that's about it.
But yeah, those have got to be the best dreams, it feels so real, and I was sort of disappointed when I woke up.

I always check my dreams up on the dream dictionary A-Z. google dream dictionary and it should come up. It's usually pretty easy to figure out what your dream really relates to. :)

If, and when I dream I tend to have dreams that seem like realistic, but have odd visual twists and distortions (twisted trees, stiff pillows, ect.) Kinda dull.

I dream quit frequently & have many different kinds of dreams (in the sense of comedy, romance, etc. as well as daydreams, nightmares, etc.) of which am able to interpret them as well as am able to remember most of them.

While I dream I am lucid; I know that I am dreaming. If I tell myself to wake up, for example, if I'm about to be killed & know that I am then, instantly, I do. Does anybody else know when they're dreaming as well & can wake themselves up if they so please?

Sometimes I even have recurring dreams; again & again (of which I am lucid in as well). For example: In one of my recurring dreams I was stalked, hunted & killed by a werewolf. Except for the last time I had this dream. Before he killed me I told him to stop, to not kill me but rather turn me. He did. In another recurring dream, I was being chased by a Tyrannosaurus. In previous dreams I was killed, but in my last one I was saved by a Long Neck. Does anybody else have recurring dreams? Sometimes, are you able to control their outcome?

Now, I have just one last question for everyone... Doesn't it ANNOY you that in your dream when you are trying to run or do some other kind of bodily movement that it is in slow motion?!!! :P

I usually dream about wierd things that don't make sense. Sometimes I dream about my boyfriend cheating on me or vice versa, I dunno what that means because I've never cheated on anyone and I would never do that to my boyfriend. And usually I don't ever remember my dreams! =/

On the topic of Lucid Dreaming - I've had several occasions like that, its a fun little experience.
