Describing her laugh ?

Hey like the title says i need some help on describing my friends laugh

She thinks she has a annoying laugh and i want to tell her she does'nt but dont wana say something stupid at the same time if you get me (:

Just some advice, tips, hints or even some examples would be helpful

Just say her laugh makes her who she is, without that laugh it wouldn't seem like her...
or say if it's anoying why would i still be hanging around you....

I wouldn't call it annoying, but rather downright contagious & imitatable.

That's how I at least describe his laugh. :)
