I have love but i want my old love HELP

Ok so me and my ex are like done obviously because ive been dating this guy now for almost 10 months and im in love with him. well me and my ex were together for a year and a half if that helps how close me and him were. and like now hes talken to a girl on the cheer squad with me and hes on bball team. like ik hes doing it to get me mad and i dont show it but it kinda does. like their sitting togehter then all a sudden hes all over her when i come around. i mean i was the one that left him because i didnt like how he always treated me but like i still have feelings for him but like in a different way. idk its like i dont want him to be over me but its ok for me to be over him. am i selfish?

You might say you love your current boyfriend, but somehow, I don't think that you're over your ex. Otherwise you wouldn't be so annoyed that he has found someone else.

I don't really agree with the above post. Yes, in a lot of cases that's the case. But, sometimes girls just want to be liked by many, many guys. It doesn't matter if you like them or not. And, when they take that attention away you want it back, even if you're happy with the person you're with.

I think it's selfish. But, I also think it's a stage girls who need attention go through.

One of my guy friends described one of our friends like this...

Its like the baby and the ball. After the baby stops playing with the ball, and even though its playing with another toy, as soon as another baby wants the ball, the first baby wants it again as well...

^^ Then the baby attempts to get the ball, making the other baby angry. There's fighting and screaming and crying.

In the end neither get the ball because someone else takes it away (usually the parent(s))
