PLEASEEE HELP I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

me and my boyfriend have been going out for 2 months, and everything is perfect so far.. we dont fight or argue about anything.. hes really been the best boyfriend to me.. But two days ago he was acting kinda different.. so i asked him online if he liked me as much as he did when we FIRST started going out.. he said he did.. and then he called me to talk about why he was acting different.. and he said his uncles were telling him to be single and have fun while hes still young.. and even tho he still likes me, he said he wants to see what its like being single again.. but only for like a week..his best friend doesnt want him breaking up with me cuz he knows how happy me and my boyfriend are, but yet he also is lonely cuz now he doest have anyone to go a meet girls with.. but anyway, im really confused at what my boyfriend is trying to tell me.. he even said its not cuz he wants to mess around with other girls.. and i trust him cuz he doesnt lie.. but does anyone understand why he wants to break up just for a little while, but still ACT like we havent broken up ((like in school, and we would still hang out outside of school))??

He sounds VERY confused! Yeah you should have a proper talk, and try and sort out things. That wasnt much help but the only other thing I can suggest is paying for your boyfriend to have brain surgery. :P

yeaa he is VERYY confused.. he told me that too.. but do you think it would help his "confusion" if we did "break up" for like a week or something..? so then he could see if he really does wanna go out with me or not

Hey Jessie!! I think that maybe he is afraid of commitment, because this is his first REAL girlfriend and he is either scared or not sure what to do right now. I guess letting him "break up" for a week would show him that he would much rather be with you? But then i dont get why he still wants to act like a couple during this week of the "break up"? Its so confusing! What exactly does he want out of this experience? If it's to feel single again...i'm pretty sure he wont feel that if he wants to act like a couple during that week. So confusing!!
