He/she, what's the difference?

I saw a stand up comic recently who posed this question, which was meant to be funny but I actually think it raises other ideas which are interesting.

How much surgery does man have to have to make them into a woman before another man isn't gay for having sexual relations with them?

If the man is truly a man with no organs or deflects from birth to make him half a woman then however many surguries the man has the man will always be a man, as his birth was as a man. so the other guy isn't gay but it's still wierd.
