Get rid of Spyware

I need to get rid of spyware protector 2009 free. It says I have it on my system and keeps taking me off the internet, kicking me off whenever I try and even Google avast. Everytime I get a scanner it will charge me to get rid of the thing and I just can't aford it. Help!

Yeah, I'd back up your important stuff to an external drive and do a clean install of windows, or better yet use Linux or buy a mac then you won't have to deal with it again. I haven't used windows in 5 years, so many less headaches.

The easiest and most effective way would be to download this free program called Lavasoft Ad-ware, it is one of the #1 programs out there that are free that will get rid of all viruses for the most part.

If that isn't an option, then download "Highjack This" open it up and search manually what to delete, this one is a bit more complex if you don't know what you are doing however and you can end up screwing up your whole system pretty fast.

So like I said above, your best bet is to download the free software I stated above, it's fast and effective.

Thanks. I created a new user my laptop and it worksfine but my user account with allmy files is spy ware ug. I still need help to clean it nothing works. My malaware bytes has stopped.

I would also advise you to use a program called Avg free. It is free and does an excellent job along side Lavasoft adware.

I highly recommend using both programs, it will find viruses in hidden files and fix many problems.
