Hello fellow members, I am starting something new called the, "Ask Joe Column" you can ask me any questions pertaining to myself, to you, advice seeking, love, friendship, etc. Ask me about almost anything at all, as long as it applies to the rules and regulations of the site |

Michael: I suggest reading some articles on the site, there are many that are very helpful and will help in the process of writting. I'm sure by reading something, it will triger something with that might make it easier to write a poem. |

Miss Take: Yes, I along with the rest of the Mods have been aware of this. For the time being (since we can't fix it till Janis gets back) the person who is trying to create an account can get in contact with one of the Moderators and we will activate the account for you. |

Miss Take: That is correct, can't PM untill you are a member, that is why we have the, "Contact us" at the bottom of the site, however, that email gets sent to Janis and or Dainz which isn't a help. |

Miss Take: At the current moment, these emails are not listed anywhere on the site. Hopefully when Janis comes back we will be able to implement them via the "Contact us" page, or directly in our profiles with links that will send an email when submited. |

Miss Take: I don't know how good a sticky would be for this issue. There should be a messege upon registering that there is a problem, but that is impossible since we don't have any coding rights. I suppose a sticky might be better than nothing however. |

Killusall: How would I know if anyone remembers you? I know I remember you, but hey that doesn't say a whole lot because I remember a lot of people on this site, it's basically my job to remember...lol |

Kylie: First and utmost, I have to ask myself, why are your friends walking away from you? Why are you loosing everything and everyone that was good around you? I come to think it is either you or the people you hang out with, but that's besides the point... |

Joe, why can't they change the site so if you edit a post, it goes back to the thread, like normal posts. When you edit now, the just sits there. |
Italian Stallion

XToBeWithYoux: We very well can change it so that it does that, but like most other things on this site we need the coding ability which at the moment we don't have, only Janis the owner has that ability. So it's a waiting game... |

Twisted Mind Broken Soul: Talk to him, let him know how you feel about what he is doing. Let it be known that you don't like to be controled. Maybe your realationship needs to be put on hold for a while, who knows? |

Yeah your right, I have talked to him about it but it doesn't seem to stay in his head, it seems like it goes in one ear and out the other. Thank you very much and I appreciate you answering that for me. I do believe it needs to go on hold for awhile. |

Why do people classify people in band "geeks"? |
Italian Stallion

Dark Nights Terror: You know, I'm not really sure why people in bands are usually considered geeks. I find it strange for people to sterotype others by what they do, people in bands tend to be very talented individuals. |

Left Behind: Well it all depends, if the person whom is asking for advice wants honest advice then it is hard to give you a straight answer, depending on the type of question...it can go either way. Honesty might make some mad since it isn't what they always want to hear, however it may be the wise thing to do. Although it's not what the person wants to hear, it is most likely in most cases better for the person to hear the truth of the matter and your advice on the subject at hand. |

Jonathan: If I recall correctly your username used to be Jon? But I may be mistaken, there are a lot of Jons on this site. I think I remember you, we used to talk via the chat that we used to have on the site. |

Yes, i changed it to my full name when i finally figured out the password. Yeah, that chat wa pretty nifty. Actually, the other day i happened to plug in my old computer and in the saved information it had your myspace. At first i was confused but once i read the name i remembered whom you were. Thanks for answering, and ihope you are still doing well. cheers |

Left Behind: Well depends on the website inwhich has the content of your poetry. Many sites you contact will remove your poems or delete that users account. Others however such as blogspot (which is owned by google) and other places, make you file for plagerisim via a signed letter through the mail (not email) |

Fluffy: Write a poem! Hell that's what this site is all about isn't it? Watch a movie, go for a walk, listen to music, play a game, get creative and do something.... |
Italian Stallion

Left Behind: If I remember correctly myspace has the same policy that google has, you have to file for plagerisim/copyright infrigement via the mail. Best bet with myspace is to contact the user that has plagerised your poem and that's all you can really do unless you want to file copyright infrigement via the mail. |

Kylie: She is family, and well families tend to fight...OR they tend to joke around a lot, depends on the way she is saying whatever it is...but then again, I'm not really sure why. |

Joe: i have two questions for you. |
Italian Stallion

Shayla Loves Harley: For your first question, this is not the time or place to ask that. There is a request forum just for that. As for making your poetry better, read poetry from Cummings, Poe, Dickinson, Frost, etc. the more you read, the more intune you'll become to what 'well' written poetry is. Do research on styles/forms, learn termanology such as assonance, alliteration, personification, etc. All these will make you become a better poet. |
