Anyone recently been through a break up?

I was in love w/ a boy and he was with me. We dated for about a year. There were so many stressful things going on we and we amicably split....but it was mainly his choice. This happened about a week ago. I just want to talk to someone because alot of my friends are young like I am and have never been in love. They don't know what it feels like but there is no doubt in my mind about what love is.

Ive been with my bffor a year on feb. 7 and i cant imagine life without him so i do understand how you feel if you really love him then talk to him and see if he still loves you cause if so dont let him slip away.

its been almost a year since i broke up with my gf... but i was with her for just over 3 years, it hurts, hell anytime something reminds me of her its almost all i have to stop from crying - even though im with, and love someone else right now very much -

but trust me, i know it will go away, just takes time... the one resource man can never get back..

yeaa me and my boyfriend just broke up a few days ago.. its really hard but were still good friends, so its all good

Yeah I know it hurts especially when you really love him. I was with a guy off and on for a year and a half.. he was my first love. The last time we were together we got engaged. There was no question in my mind that he loved me. Then he messed up and cheated on my with a girl that was already married. And even now 6 months later I love another guy but I still can't get my first love out of my mind
