How to load pic

How do you load a pic of yourself w/o the file bein too big? its givin me a f*n head ache

You must have atleast 130x150 pixels.

If the file is to big, you must edit it's size
in order to meet those requirements.

There are many ways to do that by simply using a photo edit program.

Without installing anything just google up "Picnik" that's what i recommend its very easy to use.
