My pic is too big... :(

How do i make my pic smaller so that i can put it on poems and quotes? i have tried everything that i know of and nothing seems to help

Open the picture up on Paint, click on 'Image', 'stretch/skew', then in the 'horizontal' and 'vertical' percentage boxes, type in 50. This will bring your photo down to half of its actual size. If you want to make it smaller, just keep doing that but by changing the percentage number, like 90 or 80%.

I just tried it, it's definitely a better option - paint tends to blur photos when you resize them. Well done for sharing, I'll be using this next time :)
