It hurts...

My stomach's been hurting for 3 days now. It never lets up; its constant. It's not like normal pain though, it feels like someone is ripping the lining out of my stomch. I also have really bad pain in my chest too. Does that mean I have an ulcer?
Sorry if that's a dumb question...
