I work in a control centre who monitor calls like these. We respond to some of them. We also respond to fire alarms and intruder alarms.

No, it is not boring at all. You really never no what the next call is going to be, and on top of this I am not stuck in the office.

we take on average over 1000 calls a day. We only have 2 people wotking at night and 4 during the day.
