Bob Shank Troubleshooting please?

My girlfriend is trying to make an account under the name Alyx1212 and she has been trying for days to get the confirmation email to send, i tried it on two of my other emails and it didn't send to mine ethier, its not in the junkmail folders, the validation emails are simply not sent, please help she wants to be able to talk to me on here.
