I need help

I need help thinking of new excuses to tell people about the cut marks on my wrists. Please help. I'm tryiing to stop but it's hard when people keep pestering. Help anyone

The excuses, don't matter. People know, & they will always know. I'm aware this doesn't help anything, but it's true. If you're trying to stop, it's not by talking to anyone else, & it has nothing to do with anyone, it's just you. It's willpower. & it's terribly hard, believe me, I understand. & I truly get how hard it is to quit, but you can do it, just like anyone else.

But honeslty, the excuses you come up with, don't make a difference. People are pretty stupid these days, but anyone can tell the difference between selfinflicted & accidental.

You do need to be careful though. If friends & others your age can see, so can teachers, & other adults. There are many places you can end up, & it would be terrible if you ended up in the wrong place because someone said something to the wrong person, or the worng person sees. You should keep them covered at all times, because it's not something you should be showing anyone, or letting them see. & it's not something that should be openly admitted.
