How do you become a MOD

QUESTION:
Who chooses the MOD's?
Or what do you do to become one?

Basically if we (the mods/admin) are looking for new moderators we will do a sweep of the site, observe people, discuss between eachother our thoughts and then pick and choose whom we see is fit. Then you'll recieve an PM from us asking if you would be upto the Job and that's basically it.

It isn't always about being 'highly decorated' with awards, awards don't really mean anything. We base our picks off of knowledge, the way they present themselve, dictation, and so forth.

No, there is no real limit; however, we do try to limit it to a small amount, we don't want a huge number of moderators...

You have to be able to fly, it is a requirement.

And thats what makes us love them, along side their ability to fly. How could you not like someone who can fly.

Yeah, working on the code and the database and looking over the users can be a pain. I ran an entire server for a while. Between the DDOS attacks and running the zombie machines off it was a pain.

You don't have to be touched in the head. You just have to be a joe or a britt, or like the Joker or something.

No comment on that last one. I thought the joker from batman would explain it.

I heard joe talks his computer to sleep though..that's kinda weird.
