ICE CREAM TOPPINGS

I have this big ice cream social that I am doing at work, we are serving over 60 people... any ideas on toppings... i got the basics like hot fudge,whip cream, nuts, and sprinkles... but i would like to get some original ideas...
Anyone with original ideas? Or what do you like on your ice cream?

I used to do this at the Amuesment Park I used to work for (I was the Food and Beverage Manager) mind you, we were serving over 1000 people. But we had toppings such as hot fudge, whip cream, nuts, sprinkles, m&ms, crushed oreos, carmel, gummy bears, and cherries. We gave them either Vanilla or Chocolate ice cream.

This is going to sound crazy, but have you ever been to Hagen Daz and ordered a vanilla and caramel praline? Well, they use Chrunchy nut honey cornflakes in their ice cream, and believe it, it tastes superb. Give it a go :)

No, that's actually pretty common - I have it all the time :) In fact, any good quality, chocolate biscuit should do!

Well if you want unique, I know they do this in Sicily, Italy - they like to put Gelato in brioches.

Sliced-up fruits would be yummy: strawberries, raspberries, peaches, etc. Also, did anyone mention mint? Dark chocolate chunks? Caramel candies? Ummm... anything? I love ice cream.

Pineapple. Strawberries, hmm. waffle cone crunch...walnuts, pecans...
I work in an ice cream shop, and a lot of people like pineapple.
Maybe you could even get some bananas and have banana splits aswell. I know people LOVE those. :)
