Anyone else think this is wrong?

I have a friend, lets call her Sarah. Sarah is Anorexic. Sarah and I have two other friends, lets call them Sammy and Tera. Sammy and Tera always say stuff like "Oh my god Sarah! You need to eat! Look at her! She has an indent! She needs to eat!" Which would be okay, if it wasn't in a big group of people and behind her back. Sammy knows that Sarah has these problems and then some, and that she doesnt like people knowing about them. Now, don't get me wrong, I try to make sure she eats and I check her wrists for new cuts and everything, I just think it's rude to point out in a group of people, who have no business in knowing in the first place. Isn't tat wrong? If you were in that situation would you make a scene about it or no?

it wrong in some aspects but not in others. like telling the "whole world" and people around about her problems behind her back is definately wrong, if those people are not people that could potentially help. and what is sort of right is you making sure shes sort of okay. i hope you can resolve this situation. tell your friend sarah to stay ssafe, strong, and healthy, and you do the same!
