I am worried about P&Q.

I'd like to speculate about those 3 events.

1. the introduction of clubs, which took people off the main boards and segregrated them itno little groups away from public eyes.

2. The lock happy/penalty without justification of some Mods against some people, which made people wary of posting anything even remotely interesting.

Not sure about the last one.

Anyhoo, what all this fuss about creating a new adult club? We already have one, it's called "The Club" (though the name is currently under reconstruction). It's been around for two years and we're basically a PnQ institute. We invite you to join The Club anytime- as long as you're over 18 of course, at least online.

Did someone mention army? I'm here! I'm here! What mod do I need to attack?

Oh shut up Illuminaughty, stop acting like we attack you guys. Seriously. That is SO old, it's sickening.

Anyway, Abby is absolutely correct! The Club is an adult club and we'd take anyone in... that is mature enough for the likes of us. We really want more members to have lively debates and competitions with, so don't hesitate! We've gone through various stages of existence, but right now we're trying to rise from the dead and become the best club on this site! And don't worry, no matter what the mods tell you, they're welcome to join our club as well and we're definitely not interested in conspiring against them. That impression is quite funny and quite innacurate.

Anyway, apply to our club! We're reinventing the layout and setting up new activities. Should be most excellent, compadres.

When we can all look at the history of the website without getting really wound up when each of us says what we think went wrong..it will be a good day.

I honesty think clubs are bad for this website, if they are used so people can speak freely you will never see alot of activity on the main boards. Why would people expose themselves to Mods personal opinions on what is right and wrong when they can post in a club?

You kinda proved my point Illumin, off you go frothing at the mouth wtih righteous indignation at my brazen attitude, and for what? Cause I think alot of posts were locked without good cause.

Who cares, it's just my opinion...and it's totally laughable that some of you Mods still think I have any control over the CLUB! As if jane or Abby would let me control them...well Abby maybe but not on the boards..

I've been trying to be extremely active on the boards lately in the hopes more people will become active and want to play with me!

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help with an adult club or what not. I'll support whatever the general consensus is.
