Till My Heart Stops

This is a new poem I came up with. It describes my emotions I'm having. I was in a relationship for five years with someone and it ended with various frowns and such, but my heart is still crazy for that man, but it also has come to grow attatched to another boy whom I have grown to love as well. I am quite confused as you can probably tell.
