The flow on the last line is a little off. Maybe if you switched the words it would flow better:

I hope you feel the same way,
It's love, I feel like this,
So if you feel the same way,
Then give me just one kiss.

Or A kiss, but reverse the "just" and the "a."

It sounds better, but maybe thats only my ear and no one elses lol. Your sweet, and your girlfriend will adore it.
