Please i need help!

Hi erm.....i;ve bin cutting myself for a while and i have bin realy aafected by it. and the fact tht no-one EVER noticed so i thought it would be best if i told my best mate about it so tht he could help me. He promised me he wudn't freak if i told him and tht he wud stand by my side and i was stupid enfu to believe him. now two days later he hasn't sed a word to me and is avoiding me compltely. I talked to him on MSN and he just sed that i shudn't tell anyone eles about it and just left me to cry alone. i dunno wat i shud do whther i shud try and be mates wid him agen or just ignore him. He is my life...yeah he is not my boy friend he is more important than him. i love him to bits as a mate and i no he will never talk to me agen unless i stop but him not talkin to me has made me hurt myself even more. I can't stop without him!
please help me.

say to him that you're trying hard to stop but you need him there for you. there's a reason you told him, you want hm to care, you want his help.
