Looking for a poem about a friend...

I have this friend we have been best friends for 6 years and 2 years ago this guy came into my life i absolutly love but hes a big player and me and him were in a fight one night and he went shopping with my best friend and then afterward went to her house and she was touching him and other things and im really pist but i cant hate her or him and i need a poem that tells my friend i know about that and i still love her but she really put me in a lot of pain! if i juss come out and say i know about it she'll be embarrsed or sumthing so i juss want to give her a poem telling her i know and its ok but it really hurt me and then she will know im mad but wont b embarsed! oo ya and because of that me and my boyfriend broke up but they both dont know that i know and why i broke up with him because of that! please help me find a poem! thanks! jennnyk
