weird question for guys

If you liked a girl and they didn't like you would you move on, or would you keep trying? I just wanted to know because I was trying to figure out if a guy that likes me would give up if I said no I don't (even though I dont' know if I do)

what if the girl said, "i don't know if i like you"??? Lol, when the girl i liked said that, i chased her for a whole year, and i did things that i thought i could never do. That is the problem with me, i guess, persistence.
But if she said 'I don't like you,' then maybe, just maybe, i might leave her alone and move on lol. Letting go is not an option lol.

This is one of the few instances where the boy has the upper hand (if he is so inclined to see it).

Girls love being liked, and consequently do not enjoy being thought indifferently of. So after protesting his intentions and being rebuffed all the boy has to do is (slowly... maybe an hour, 6 hours, a day later) agree and say something (VERY MUCH) along the lines of...

"Yeah, you're right, I was an idiot... you're not as hot as I thought you were."

Rut roh, role reversal and more than 80% of girls will actually try and get the guy to go out with her to change his mind.
