Challenge for Clubs and Non-club members

Okay, so Cindy mentioned an idea of having a challenge, all clubs and non-club members welcome.

But before Cindy and I decide on the format of the challenge, we need to know how many clubs and non-club members want to participate in this challenge.

So if you are the Manager/Assistant of your club, please post if your club would like to be a part of this, don't forget to mention what club you are representing.

Also, all non-club members that want to participate, please post stating just that, that you want to participate.

P.S. You can withdrawal your participation if needed...this is not a binding contract, just an estimation to get the ball rolling.

I don't get why it matters if you're from a club or not. If non-club members are allowed, why can't it just be a members challenge? Glory will naturally be reflected on any clubs regardless of the outcome.

Mouris, I think they are trying to figure out how many people want to participate before they work out the every detail of the contest.

The poems should be sent anonymously to one person and then to the judges. It should not be about what club you are in unless it is a club against club contest. It shouldn't matter who wrote them or what club you are in. They said for club and non club members........hello....can anyone hear me?

I reiterate bemusement about the fact that you have to either be in a club or not be in a club to be in this contest. Or.... is it a tautology write-off? Oooooo...

One question about submissions: for clubs, it says no names should be attached to the poems, otherwise they will be disqualified. But individual contributors will post their own poems under their names? Also, the format for submission includes the poet's name. Which path should club members follow?

When a member submits a poem (whether in a club or not) they will follow the format for submitting the poem to me; however, when the individual member or manager posts the poem(s) on the challenge thread on the main forums, all names must be removed from all the poem(s), or they will be disqualified.
