Posting Poems in Threads

Just for clarification: what is the current policy on posting full poems in threads? By this I mean poems that are not the poster's own work, but more "established" poets' poems. Can ye do it, copyright permitting?

3. Do not post texts that are not yours. It is violation of copyright laws. To refer to copyrighted poem or text put link to original source.
