what do you do when...

What do you people do when you feel like no one else is there to help you through all the hard times you are going through? I'm trying really hard to not turn to self harm as I have so many times before. I need help and advice... I feel as if no one is here for me right now, not even my friends or my boyfriend. Ok well thanks for reading this and if you have any suggestions please tell me.
