i was wondering who was the first person to submit a poem on this site? i know u probably think im an idiot but i just wanted to know, out of curiosity... anyone know?

ok im not sure but i think its ali,who posted a poem called "i didnt think id live to see the day" on 2003-01-20....i went to members and of the mebers who singed up first, this was the earliest poem....at least i think this is right!! and if its not...then sorry for whoever did, submit the first!! :)

although didn't this site open 2001 or something? coz at the bottom of pages it says copyright 2001-2005...so yer

Maybe Janis was the first to post. He IS the owner...

When you look at a person's poet profile, in the url at the end it says id and the a bunch of #. I'm guessing that this is in the order at which people registered. So I erased all the numbers after "id" and put "1". I got to Janis's poet profile. This means that he was the first to register (I would guess lol). Even if this site has been up since 2001, even Janis registered on 2003-07-16.

No i didn't want to see who registered i wanted to see who submitted the first poem and i think maybe it could be Danielle.... lol u got me onto a deadly pattern, i did what u did but i went up to number 4 after the id.. and Danielle came up, i checked out Janis's poem. he submitted it in 2004 sometime and Danielles first poem was submitted 2003-07-08. so i dunno im probably wrong but yeh

Yeah, I did that too, it has to be it I guess. But it seems too recent to beleive...

nop she isnt so far from what ive seen Darren his id is 11, his first poem was submitted 2003-06-14 i think so yer... maybe theres one earlier there would have 2 be

well you gusy could look at it that way but you could be getting the earliest written poem still on the site...cuz a lot of the great poets that were here this summer that had been on for a while left the site and took their poems with them-so the first person to put a poem on the site might have left already...well this would definitly be a question for Janis...I'm sure he could tell us somehow...
