Emails not getting sent

Hi,

My friend cannot remember her user name and password, she has requested for them to be sent to her email, but no email arrives. The same thing happened when i came to log on and couldn't remember mine, the emails never came. I eventually remembered what it was myself.

Any help would be great.

Hello Rach,

Unfortunately, the password recovery tool isn't working properly. Like many things on this site, there is nothing we as Mods can do about that, I am sorry. The only way to resolve this issue is to get Janis back and working on the site, otherwise I'm afraid, she'll just have to keep trying or in the long run of things create a new account and we can suspend the other account.
