What's the best horror film you've ever seen???

Mine would have to be...Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2003...or ANY film about killer animals, like Jaws, Killer Bee's, Man's Best Friend....all of them...oh yeah, and Resdient Evil...the second one kinda lost it's touch though.

I like the classics, The Fog is a great one, The Thing also but my favourite horror film is Alien. Aliens would be top but it's more of an action film.

John carpenter is the definitive horror film creator, Rob Modine the most imaginitive effects designer I've seen.

Any film that leaves the mind to imagine the unfolding horror and suspense does the job fifty times better any of today's lack lustre (if visually appealing) 'IT'S NOT BEHIND YOU!' movies.

Love the famous shower scene from psycho, and the music from cape fear, and the prison scene. But I dont like horror films, thrillers are sooooo way much better.
Films i like are mystic river, gothika, the butterfly effect, silence of the lambs, and other stuff like that.

i havn,t see a scary movie yet that fraked me out like hell....but i liked the exorcist, the ring, dawn of the dead, and...forgot the rest, but when its really gore its always funny !!!;)

if you wanta REALLY FREAKY film I'd suggest Ringu, the original japanese version of The Ring. Puts the hollywood remake to shame.

Omg I saw 'IT' last night, it was the most unscary film. I mean how do you take a clown seriously, c'mon. But I enjoyed it. It was funny as hell. Or maybe it was just us...

it's based around teenaged kids where they have to kill each other untill only one person survives. And if they don't kill each other their heads explode.
