I love the image of a Jesus. However, I do not believe in many of the mesages he spread, nor do I believe he rose from the dead. I maintain my ground firmly as an atheist with great interest in philosophy and theology.

im catholic ive read the bible many times over in my 13 years of going to catholic school...im as much chirstians as your are...well not on the faithful side of things...

but the bible is a wack of folk-a-lore and myths made up by insane people that heard voices in there head...in a time when anyone believed anything...most of those people back then would have been locked up and tossed into and institution if they did that present day...

and remember that book has been re-writing tons of times...most of the stories arent probably what they realy were the bible got turned into a kids story...if they had the orginal text...it'd probably make more sense to me...
