helping friends

ok well my frnd and i both cut, but she never finds out when i do. Well i told her for each one she does, i will do four. is there any other way to help her? along with doing that. email me plz

i dont think that u shood threaten urself to make herself... or hurt rself for wen she does... idk i heard flicking a rubber band on ur wrist helps u stop... i geuss try that i dont really think it works but its worth a try.... um.... bring her to some kind of counciler... not to the skool they suk and onli get eeveryone in ur business.... dont tell her mom..... just b a good frend..... if she wants to tlk or u can sense something is wrong listen ot evertyhing shes says... just try and b happy for her....remind her how great she is (or he sryy the whole time ive been thinking it was a girl) anyway good luk bye bye (shes not gonna stop for u ive learned that. shell stop wen seh wants to stop she needs help. u hav to some how ifidn out a reason for her to stop besides u and her family adn frends)

I think guilting people into stopping is wrong.

That just highlights how disappointed someone would be if they couldn't. They'd have the added fact that they've unintentionally made their friend self-harm.
