wow, sorry about that. all you can do is hope that it got destroyed by rain or thrown away i guess. hope it all works out!

I'd advise you to make up your own mind, and then act on it without opening yourself to the potentially dangerous opinions [ including mine] or everyone in here.

For example...i think you should learn Tai Chi as a way to ensure this never happens again.
