Sounds a bit like unhealthy obsession, which i think it often mixed up with love, though i'm sure you feel strongly for him....you should still be able to sleep and think clearly.

Hey. I went through the same thing last year. NO! Its not love. Your thirteen. Trust me you and me are way to young for that kind of love. Wait about six months and you will be over him. Chances are that if you tell him that you like him, he will freak out and stay clear of you. My advice ignore your hormones and look for things that you like and don't like about him. It's hard at first, but eventually you will be saying to yourself how could I like that guy. On one crush I had It took me TWO years to get over him. Poor guy I told him I liked him, that must have really freaked him out. Try just being friends with the guy you like instead. It really helps.
