Open apology

To the members of P&Q

Things got way out of hand yesterday and I helped play a major role in that. I'm disappointed with myself for rising to the bait and reacting the way I did, it was immature and unnecessary and I apologise

In my defence I felt the site was being attacked and undermined, im passionate about this site and over reacted.

In regard to a post in a previous thread I made, it may have been taken totally out of context by some. It was directed at one individual on this site, no one else. I'm a single dad, I know how important family is. I would never denigrate another parent's child or family. The comment was made in the heat of the moment. For not wording it better, no in fact for actually making it I also apologise.

There has been a lot said in the last few days regarding the Mods, who is one, who isn't, who should be etc
I for one am jack of it, we now have 7 mods some I know well, a couple I don't but I'm sure they will all try and do the best for the site, so let there be peace...

Since it's an ''open apology'' thread I need to apologize as well to those I've ticked off before including Nicko. my bad.

oh and thank the Mods for not locking the threads and letting people talk things out. that wasn't so bad, see? :)

After reading your apology, I can't express to you enough how much I appreciate your ability to take ownership for your actions. Thank you, same goes to Bob as well!

It takes a great person to admit to their faults, it takes an even bigger person to make other people feel big and a really small person to make others feel small. Think about these words the next time someone tries to push your buttons, or you feel like lashing out to someone.

I no longer take the bait, have not done so for a long time now and never will again either, thanks to a lady on here and her advice;)

I posted a thread with jokes, read them and laugh. It is impossible to laugh and be angry at the same time;)

Life is too short to make war, practice love instead and watch it multiply:)

But he already apologised in public...Few days ago actually... I'm just saying instead of making a thread airing out dirty laundries... It would have been more simple to just PM...

Well come on, Noir, it's better than none. and I think this was a general apology than specifically to anyone. the first part of his post made me think so (which makes sense since he couldn't pm everyone as well). but no idea for sure if it was indeed a general apology or not, only he can clear that.

I, in all honesty, don't know why whenever I say a word people think me friends with the person I say this word in favor. It's an interesting analogy to say the least. x)
