Why read the depression section if you don't want to hear about people who are depressed?

Maybe it's post apocalyptic attempt at ironic cheeriness?

People do try to understand your point of view. However, when you begin to post pointless, rude comments on threads that have been directed at people who can actually help, people are reluctant to take you seriously.

It's nice that you have a glimmer of hope, obviously others do too, but they're trying to make it slightly bigger than a glimmer by trying to seek refuge here.

The majority of people who are depressed confine it to their poetry or this forum if they talk about it. When people are blunt with people who are depressed, it comes across as arrogant even though you may have posted with the best intentions. You have to be very careful with how you phrase things and be compassionate.

Your 'amusing' threads with your friends aren't very well appreciated by people who are looking for serious help.

I'm not trying to be rude, so sorry if you're offended.
