people take one look at me and then look away

why do people have to be so judgemental? people dont like me cuz i say wats on my mind all the time. is that wrong to do or what?

sometimes saying what's on your mind isn't a good thing. Being excessively opinionated gets some people annoyed... I would think my thoughts through before blurting them out. Some thoughts should remain just that.. thoughts.

as for the "people take on look at me and then look away"... well I'm sorry but that's the way the cruel world is. Our society fails to not judge others by their insides, but rather, how they appear on the outside.

There's this girl at my school who i cant stand. Many people dont like her because she is so opinionated but i admire her for that. It's just the fact taht she's so mean with her opinions that gets to me. She doesnt care at all about the feelings of others. It's wonderful that you feel comfortable enough with yourself to voice your own opinion, but rethink about phrasing your opinion so it doesnt sound like your trying belittle anyone. Other than that i think it's great you state your opinion so much and if you think its right, then say it.

I would say you and JustPlainMe can relate....

There are different ways to get your point across.

You can be bluntly honest, which is sometimes needed but can often cause people to react defensively at the least.

Or you can be diplomatically honest. You still say what you need to, leaving nothing out, and in no way being weak or passive....you just aren't quite as insulting or threatening.

I prefer the latter, as i find most people are over sensitive.

Well I agree with you Kevin, but people are STILL overly sensitive. People get ticked at me everyday for being honest... its just the nature of the game I guess.
