I want to confirm now

Hi guys

Actually i want to confirm all the things regarding this site that are under control by mods.

MY point of view is to know and discuss. because sometimes i ask useless question. i mean by useless because mods cannot do those things. they just say about admin. so i need to clear all the major things that are under control by mods.

so i can only discuss those things. hope everyone get what i want to ask? :)

but it would be more easier to know what are mods can do. because maybe still somethings that mods can do. i don't know. or just give me any forum link where i can read all duties of mods... please
