Could you please comment on my poem "Up sticks and leave"

I heard my second cousin is moving, has been offered a house and currently lives in a flat with her family, we recently become close as i have been unwell and she has been my rock, I know this isnt the best ive written but i dont care, its the way im feeling right now.
