My Friends Found out.....

Maybe they feel cheated or betrayed that you couldn't open up to them. It's no wonder that they don't understand you can't confide in them or let them help.

i know so have mine in the last few weeks they found out i have cut and alot of other things aswell and they are all hurt that i wouldnt tell them that i didnt trust them. they treat me all wierd now its as if im an alien they wont even look me in the eyes anymore because they dont know how i could do such a thing:( oh well i hope it gets better for you because it really gets me down so i know what your going through send me a pm if you wanna talk x x x take care x x x

They probably just care about you so much that they are worried sick about what they can do for you to help. If you can, it would be wonderful if you could stop for them. You're really only hurting yourself and other people.
At least they didnt laugh in your face and treat it as a great big joke....cause when they do that you can be sure they were never really your friends in the first place......

When my friends found out about my self-harm, they took it hard at first. They couldn't believe that I would do such a thing. But, then I realized that even if they treat me differently they care about me. They even told the counselar. Now, I'm off to a good recovery because of them.
