Advice anyone?

She is still hung up on this other guy. Why dont you try talking to her about it and telling her that you really like her and would want to be there for her, because you would treat her better than this other jerk she was with and she deserves more... like what you can give her. Other than that if she really wanted to hang out with you and be with you she wouldnt give you an, "I dunno, maybe sometime, I'm really busy..." she would make time for you.
