Word-Web Contest (Lebanese Phoenix)

So, here we are again. :D

--------------------GENERAL INFO----------------------------------

This is a word bank contest with some restrains and several rounds.

Each rule has specific number of points with the PERMANENT WORD WEB always omnipresent (20 points/100).

With every other round, the words required would increase as well as the restrains.

--------------------POINTS DESTRIBUTION-------------------------------

40 points: Content (Originality, Vivid Images, Depth, Flow)
10 points: Structure (Unity, Coherence, Grammar)
30 points: Sticking up to the rules required.
20 points: PERMANENT WORD WEB

--------------------DETAILED INFO/Regulations--------------------------

- There will be three different rounds.

- In every round, the participants with the least points would get eliminated. The number of participants eliminated in each round depends on the amount of participation.

- For assistance, the judges only vote on the '50 points of CONTENT & ORIGINALITY' added to my 50 points, then divided by two, then added to the 50 points of the rules required.

- All poems are sent to me with titles.

- Sent poems cannot be posted on your page until the whole contest ends
and the results are announced.

- YOU SHOULDN'T POST IN HERE THAT YOU'VE SUBMITTED A POEM.
(PARTICIPANTS' IDENTITIES SHOULDN'T BE REVEALED)

- This contest has one winner, but everything would be posted in
the final thread. (participants' names, ranks, points, reviews, critique...)

^ The winner is chosen depending on all the points his/her poems get throughout all the rounds.

BUT elimination doesn't depend on the total round points. It depends on the points of each round alone!

____________ ROUND I (RULES REQUIRED: 50 points)______

(Round I) has the same rules for all participants, but from round 2 till the end, each participant would have different rules and topics to write about (But still, the PERMANENT WORD WEB would be the same for all members in all rounds!).

= Permanent Word Web: loathsome / flickering / railway / daisies / defraud(s) / abyss
(For this round, you get to choose 4 out of the 6 words given. They can be used in any order. No extra points
if you use all of the six words) [Points: 20/50]

- Poem Category: Dark / Love (You can use one or both of these given
types.. It can be a rhyming poem, a free-verse, or any other form) [Points: 10/50]

- Insertion: one car brand / one fragrance brand (Insert in the poem any car or fragrance brand.
No extra points for using more than one or both brands) [Points: 5/50]

- No-No's: You cannot use these words in your poem (Love - Hate/Hatred - Heart - Body - Soul) [Points: 5/50]

- Length: Less than 50 words [Points: 5/50]

- Poem Title: The title should be made up of one and only one word of 3 syllables maximum. [Points: 5/50]
