I need HELP :)

Hi :) I've written a poem and it just dosen't seem right. Feel free to comment and rate I would appreciate it. Also I can't seem to think of a title if u could help in that department I would very much appreciate it. Feel free to help me write it as well. :) please and thank you :) :)
Well here it is:

Be he far
Be he near
Time heals everywhere
Come to us
We settle now
Beyond our dreams
beyond time
To our graves
In eternity.

Flowers bloom
Halo's shine
Angels rise
Animals cry
Kahos demons
Destruction
And despair
The world we must take care
We fight our battles
Between good and evil
So which will prevail.
